Eric responded quickly after we called. He looked at our boiler/system and gave us a quote for the replacement. He and his workers showed up ON TIME and kept me abreast of how things were going. It took approx. 1.5 days for total change-out. Every worker was very friendly and introduced themselves. Left the area very clean upon completion.

Excellent communication! Holly called the morning of the appt to say that Ray and Dane were on the way, but there was an emergency situation with another customer who had no heat. Completely understandable. Besides being two of the nicest guys you could hope to meet, Ray and Dane did an excellent job! I also appreciated the follow up call after the job explaining what they found and the repair they did. I won’t hesitate to call Sabo again!

Starting during this winter's long cold stretch, my water heater was not keeping up at all. Eric assessed the situation and recommended a specific water heater, a zone valve control to ensure cold water during frigid stretches, and a water test. Ray and Dane came out a week later for the install. They did the contracted job and more, were patient with my dogs, and left the place spotless.

Eric Sabo is a rock star, during the last severe winter storm I woke up on Sunday to find my furnace not working, I called multiple local heating companies, and no one would send anyone because of the impending storm. When my propane furnace stopped working on this very cold day, with a low of 6 degrees forecast for tonight, the guys from Sabo Heating made an extra effort to come and fix it. They were attending a training session in New Haven and they came all the way to Griswold to fix my furnace. It’s running fine now and it took just a few hours, including a run for parts. Great work! I’m very happy.
